28 year old Patrick has decided to keep the family business going. Colonial butcher, founded by his late grand father Patrick Tonna, has saw it's foundation kicking off right the same place as is today. Patrick back then served the local community in Gzira and was one of the first butcher shops in the area. 

As time passed, the area transformed into a touristic area, the locality saw it's population increase. In 1960 Patrick's father..............had taken over and continued to further invest in the premises
